Satyam’s area of interest is Bibliometrics, Scientometrics and Online learning. Further involving in policy research the idea is to identifying the research being carried out at organizational level or institutional level and its impact on the education and development in India.
Satyam completed his B.sc in Maths from VBSPU, Uttar Pradesh followed by Masters in Library & Information Science from Mohanlal Sukhadia University Udaipur, Rajasthan. He is Two times Gold Medalist in Bachelors in Library & Information Science and Masters in Library & Information Science. He has more than 4 year experience. He worked with INFLIBNET, Gandhinagar, The LNMIIT, Jaipur and CSIR-NISCAIR, New Delhi. Currently he is working as a Young Policy Professional, DST, New Delhi. At present, he is part of the STIP 2020 secretariat and he is working on the new Science, Technology, and Innovation Policy 2020 (STIP 2020).
