Poonam Pandey

Research Associate

Dr. Poonam Pandey is a research associate at DST-Centre for Policy Research IISc, Bangalore. Her work at DST-CPR engages with Responsible Research and Innovation and policy aspects of second generation (2G) bioethanol in India and Brazil. She has completed a post-doc from Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, Maastricht University, the Netherlands and Ph. D from Centre for Studies in Science Policy, JNU, New Delhi. Most of her work on emerging technologies in health, energy and agriculture builds on the interdisciplinary aspects of science policy, STS and innovation studies. She is currently serving as a board member for the Society of New and Emerging Technologies (S.Net) and reviewer for various international journals.
